About Sherman Glen Apartments - Senior 55+
Sherman Glen Apartments provide a warm and inviting community for independent active adults, 55 or better. Whether you are interested in socializing or participating in scheduled activities, there are many spaces to gather amongst friends. We have a spacious community room and residents are encouraged to be active! There is a beautiful patio just outside the community room where you can sit and enjoy some sunshine, listen to nature, and just "chill". Heat is included with the rent and so is the HEATED underground parking that comes standard with every apartment, which means no scraping off your car in the Winter! Currently, we do not have any apartments available. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please let me know what size apartment you are looking for and I will add your name to the appropriate list. The property is conveniently located across from Northgate Shopping Center, and right off of the bus line. Sherman Glen residents receive free annual memberships to the North East side Senior Coalition, which offers education, assistance, transportation, and social programs. Our Section 42 affordable property, does have some income restrictions, please contact us directly for more information.

August 26, 2023I have been living here for 2 years now and happy with my 2 bedroom apartment.The other residents are friendly, sociable and made me feel very welcomed when I first moved in. The manager is excellent, very friendly and takes care of things in a timely manner. I love to walk so I'm glad that we are close to the parks.Review from Apartments.com
Fantastic Senior Living
August 10, 2015I have been watching these apartments for four years, and now I'm here! I have an 865 square foot, 2 bedroom apartment on third floor, up in the trees. The kitchen opens into the living room and I can see all the way to the street while I cook. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet so all my clothes can be hung at once, instead of hanging them by season and packing the others. I use the smaller bedroom as my crafting room, and it has a long closet for storage of all my stuff. All my windows ...face east so I get fabulous morning sun. It's even light on gray, overcast days. We have a lovely, big community room with a fireplace, and a big deck out back. This is terrific housing for a growing segment of the population.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
