May 31, 2014We looked at one unit which had a basement. Not all apts have them. Rooms seemed to be of adequate sizes. Basement was roomy. NO Central Air. One AC unit in the Living room ( looked to be old ) and NONE upstairs. Would have had to buy my own window unit and install it. Price was fair.Review from Apartments.com
