October 11, 2025It’s great. Very quiet respectable community. I just hope my rent doesn’t go up much next year as I have a family to provide for and work hasn’t given me any sort of raise or promotion since I started. The new pavement looks nice. Grounds are maintained decently. Although the landscape company needs to be better about spraying and pulling crack weeds. Hopefully next year both pools will be available. On top of that some pretty good restaurants surrounding the community.Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2025Apartment was flipped beautifully when we moved in and staff has been very helpful so far. Walls are a little thin so we can hear our neighbors occasionally, but everyone seems very respectful of each other so we haven’t had any huge issues with that.Property Manager Responded

August 16, 2025We just moved in and it has been great. Not only is the location great with almost all important stores and restaurants at walking distance, the unit itself feels like home. The first day we found some issues with the house but the staff were very responsive and eager to help. The amenities provided are also very convenient with the laundry center, fitness center and the pool. March 10, 2025We recently moved into the neighborhood, and so far, it has been a wonderful experience. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed, and we’ve felt welcomed by the community from day one. Everyone has been friendly, and the overall atmosphere is positive and inclusive.
