Old picture, Very slow on maintenance

Only 40 units. The managers don't live there and many of the tenants do a lot of the work using their own tools. Its a non smoking building but everyone they have rented to lately smoke or smoke pot and it affects the health of others. Cleaning does not get done regular. Vents in the hallways aren't cleaned, if they are the tenants do it. There was an expired fire extinguisher in the hallway for months. Managers were reminded several times and finally got a new one. They used to have gardeners ...
but now the elderly tenants do it. The driveway has a huge bump and hole in it from tree roots that has already caused injury but so far nothing done about it. They promised to put signage on the visitor parking "years" ago but it hasn't happened. Tenants have waited months/year for new blinds, stoves.. There is more, but you get the jiff. Managers are nice people but they can't seem to keep up with the work it takes to manage a building.
