Amazing new Team
January 16, 2024I'm going on the second year in this community and have not had one complaint about anything. The staff are all great at answering questions and getting back with u the same day. Everyone is always smiling the new management has absolutely made this community a Family all the neighbors are so friendly the dog park is a place for fur babies and us to socialize. The maintenance guys go above and beyond when told of any issue your experiencing it isn't pushed to the back burner. This who team ...deserves a 5 ***** review if I could give them 10 I would they deserve it. You won't disappointed if you choose our community to become your new family!!Property Manager Responded

New Management

Horrible management
January 25, 2018I had way too many troubles with management here. They are extremely rude to college aged students. They acted like I was a hassle when I told them a black residue started popping up a month after I started living there. I was told they weren't there to clean my fridge. It never got fixed. They also tried to charge me for not paying last months rent (which I did). I showed them bank statements where I had paid them and they said it must have been an input error. I asked when I could expect my ...deposit back and they said I wasn't getting it back because the fridge, oven, and cabinets were not cleaned and the top of the dryer and area was dirty with cobwebs. After asking for photos which they said they had, they could not find them. I asked for copies of the move out report (which was not filled out on their part)and was asked why I needed it and I said I was going to get my deposit back because I know I cleaned the place better than when I first arrived. Needless to say, I received a phone call a day later saying they would be giving my deposit back. They were just trying to make a quick $200 by writing false information down. Not Bad, Not the Best
October 11, 2015This is a college town where rent this close to campus is generally much higher than at this complex. The apartments are clean and roomy. The grounds are well maintained, as is the pool. That said, I must address the downside. The walls are thin, and each night we hear the downstairs neighbor scream her children to sleep. Though we are a ways from the road, we are frequently awakened by the sounds of drag racing. If you are a sound sleeper this may be the place for you in Russellville.Review from Apartments.com
