Wish I could rate lower than 1 star
January 31, 2018Worst place to live as a college student, or anyone who wants to be treated with fairness, and overall respect. All they see are walking dollar signs and don't care what they have to do to get money from you. They expect you to follow a lease but they can't even follow it, as they make up their own rules as they go. Apartments are disgusting at move in, and expect you to clean prior to when you're charged a cleaning fee? I would like to know where that money is going because the black filth on ...my wall says it's not going to cleaning fees. The maitnence will just walk into your home unannounced even if you didn't request them. Bard townhouses is nothing short of a dump. Horrendous experience
July 19, 2017Living at Bard was a nightmare. I had bard staff barge into my apartment with no notice on at least three occasions. The staff are rude and condescending, they talk to you like you are a child. When they did the remodel (which was so poorly done they literally swept all their trash and sawdust INTO MY CLOSET and left nails all over the floor) I was asked by management what time I needed the renovation crew out by. I gave a time, even waited an extra two hours before going home. Showed up to my ...floor all ripped up and the crew demanding I leave and not come back for three more hours. It would have been 8 o'clock at night!! The entire place is just a joke, they treat you like a child until it's time to pay the bills and then they overcharge and squeeze every last cent out of already broke college kids. Unethical Management Company
June 1, 2016Was a nice place to live until PMI took over management. They charged over $300 for cleaning of townhouse that was lived in for 27 years and never updated. We were told that the place would be totally renovated when we moved out so we cleaned everything but the very old carpets and vinyl and were still charged.
