AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!!

Roaches, scorpions, brown recluse spiders, bees, flies and ants EVERYWHERE! AC never works, black mold everywhere due to numerous floods from broken pipes, trash all over the parking lot, and maintenance only does bandaid fixes. Everyone in the office is nice until you actually live here. Please take your family somewhere safer!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Vesta Realty and all of their properties are the sleaziest apartments in Oklahoma. Front office will lie about anything just to get you out of the office. Maintenance will not fix anything without hounding the property owner but even then stuff goes months without a fix. They have whole units with no power that they aren't doing anything about. My AC was out for a month and a half and the team just closed the ticket without doing any work. I FINALLY got them to look at ...

the AC only to determine that it was broke and then they left. A new owner and entire new staff is about the only thing that would redeem this place.

Maintenance

This place is not good at keeping up their apartments and ground maintenance. The fences around patios needed to be repaired, the lawns inside the patio areas have grass 2-3 fr high. Half the gates are falling apart. When repairs needed are reported you have to hound them for months to get anything fixed. If an a/c goes out on a saturday night or a sunday with over 100 degred heat index you have to suffer because they have no emergency contact to fix it. Need new property owners who care enough ...

to put their self in a renters position and take better care of the rental units.

I absolutely love were I live. It's pretty quite, people are friendly and I have what looks like a small lake I fish at right off my patio. The parking situation could be better but I like it. I pay less than what I use to pay for more. These are nice sized and very comfortable. The people in the office are amazing and the work request I call about is done pretty fast. I filed bankruptcy recently and have free rent for a year would be another one of those great blessings God has been showing me. ...

I'll continue to pray, but whom ever reads these you should come check out the complex. I think u will be pleased.
