        There are countless reasons I love living at Shoreline Gateway. Moving from another state I was unsure of the right area and community and so glad we are residents here. The building and amenities are stunning but the front desk, security maintenance and property concierge are what make this the best place to live. They are so helpful and professional and always go above and beyond. So grateful this is our home.

        Shoreline Gateway has lovely units with gorgeous, tall windows, amazing amenities, 5 minute walk to the beach and yummy restaurants, the kindest staff, and safe community. When searching for an apartment, Jefferey went above and beyond for us to make sure we had our dream apartment. We have loved every moment being here so far, and talking to other neighbors in the building, a lot of them have been there for over a year and love it too! Pricey, but worth it.

        3X Resigning Resident Here to Say: If you're looking for an ~elevated~ Long Beach living experience and shopping for a high-rise unit in the area: Shoreline Gateway is the only way to go! The building's breathtaking exterior and top-tier amenities are what originally captured our attention when we toured Shoreline (not to mention its offerings of weekly workout classes, monthly events, and dog grooming services!). After 3 years of living here, I can contest that you won't find a better gym ...
        (usually empty!), pool, or community services than the Shoreline Gateway. What keeps us here most definitely has to be the friendly, understanding, and well-communicative staff— all thanks to the incredible Community Manager, Ellie Raeisi (she's a gem!)
