About Shores Apartments
Just to give you a little idea about the atmosphere we offer here at the Shores, I will tell you a little about our community. We are an equal housing apartment complex with two floors. All our units have walk- in closets spacious floor plans. Most of the units have fireplaces and washer and dryer hook-ups. We have four pools on site and four washer/ dryer facilities if you do not have your own. You also have the option to rent your own washer and dryer from us!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Many buildings are infested with rats and roaches. They don’t inform the new tenants of the infestations. Black mold in several apartments as well. Dishwasher doesn’t work and air conditioner never cooled the building.

The staff, maintenance are best..I am a resident and don't like seeing bad reviews about this complex. Yes it is older than the new apartments on Ennis Joslin, but the price is right and well taken care of. They respond immediately, they keep the grounds beautiful, the pools and gym..I plan on staying here for a long time. I have great neighbors, it's quite and friendly. 5 ? for all they do.

The Shores is close to TAMUCC and close to SPID. The prices are fair compared to the surrounding apartment complexes. The staff is nice and maintenance is friendly when they come to resolve an issue. The apartment is spacious with a washer and dryer room added inside. My neighbors are nice and the area is quiet. Great Complex.
