If I ever needed anything, maintenance and management would always be prompt to respond. All personnel truly care, hence will make me miss them. My son likes it there. With the exception of gun shots fired on weekend nights, he says it's pretty quiet. I told him that I wanted to write a review and asked him how he would rate living there and why: He said the only reason he gives it a FOUR STAR is because of the lukewarm showers he has to take. Management said the hot water boiler is broken and they are trying to find a company to fix it. The only other thing is a few roaches here and there even after bombing and sealing areas that does ...
not have gaps that are too big to caulk. Also, no ceiling fan or ceiling light fixture in the bedroom. From my experience, while communicating a lot with management; is that they are extremely polite, patient and professional. Aside from the hot water issue, they send maintenance out promptly and the maintenance guy does a very diligent and detailed job!! Customer service and maintenance are HIGHLY IMPORTANT to me and THEY EXCEL at it!! That's my personal experience and observation in the month that my son has been there, thus far. He also says he thinks his neighbors are ghosts, cause he hardly ever sees or hears a peak out of them. That's a GIGANTIC PLUS!!! And I'm sure they would say the same about him- 'cause I raised him RIGHT!!!!! Don't EVER be a PROBLEM to others and ALWAYS be considerate of your NEIGHBORS!!!!!!

This apt is located in Greenspoint area known for crime. When I lived there I was broken into, came in through the window, left out from door. The maintenance had the audicity to ask me if I broke the glass.Why would I break into my own apt when I have a key, all because they didnt want to order a new window.I even filed a police report. If you have anything of value or care about your life, do not move here!!!

I have never had my car broken into I have never had one Disturbance or altercations with any neighbors it is always quiet in my building Russell and Ruth are the best landlords I’ve ever had they are attentive and always willing to help with whatever you need it’s not the apartment complex fault that the gate is always broken the residence need to stop breaking it when a couple moved out of course the past that they had in their home ran into mine I did let ...

Be ready for living with roaches, mice and regularly without water

The pool will always be closed.
In your apartment you will find a lot of roaches, nothing will help you to eliminate it. Treat all eight apartments of the same building simultaneously? Never happen.
From time to time, you will be out of the water (hot and cold) for up to 4 hours.
If you find mice in your kitchen, maintenance will come and dump poison here and there, but it's up to you to kill them with a trap.
The last thing, expect rent raise each year or be ready to move out.

The rent is CHEAP and pretty much the only reason why I have stayed here as long as I had. Pest control is an issue, The POOL, which literally they have over 10 pictures of it, has never been open! MANAGEMENT is helpful, Russell is a nice manager. SECURITY used to be good, but they haven't been on duty in a long time. There has been car break-ins in the past couple of months; they were expected, as the area is BAD. I would've given a lower rate, but I knew what I signed for when it came to the ...

This is my first apt unit,( since I was 21 I believe, it’s been awhile lol) I’ve been living here on my own. Ofcourse I was worried with the area and areas reviews, but gave it a try since it was one of the better upkept units on the block. So far, no thefts no major pests problems and quiet neighbors. Also Russell has been an absolute wonder, like he’s always so helpful and I’m deeply grateful for that.

I currently just moved away from this location but during my residency here the staff was AWESOME. Starting with management. Russell the property manager seems to be very hands on with his staff. He does a great job of leading the way. The maintenance staff is great and repairs if any are made in a timely manner. The security staff is great as well. If you enjoy a feeling of community experience Siena is the place to be.

My name is Derek Miller and I been stay here a little over 5 years and can I just say the overall area might not be the best place to stay but Siena Courtyard is if you're looking in that area. They have a good management and staffing team with Russell, Ruth, and others. They are well kept, quite, nvironmental friendly, and safe. They also have gated and security access which helps keep down a lot of problems with unwanted guess. So if you're looking this wouldn't be a bad place to start.
