      I toured this complex recently and while the leasing agent was very kind and considerate, the company would only show us a model unit which is a red flag. While touring I also saw that the laundry facility was flooding, there were holes in the ceilings, and the mailboxes were left strewn open. They say they’re under new management and I hope that they make some much needed improvements to this complex, because what I saw was not great. The various fees mentioned were also pretty inflated and ...

    • RUN!!! so many empty units for a reason.

      Please please please do not move here. I currently stay here and it has been the worse nightmare. Specifically the last year. Let’s start with the homeless people that break in the empty apartments and do drugs in them. Rats, roaches, broken windows everywhere, graffiti, the wash rooms suck, the gates suck, I DO NOT feel safe here being a woman living alone. I literally had the call the police last week bc 2 homeless people broke into the apartment next to me and were doing crack. Police didn’t ...
      even arrest them, just escorted them off the property. The property doesn’t fix the windows so it’s so easy for the homeless people to find a place to sleep at night. The people in the office do not care and are so rude. The manager never reaches out to anyone. I really don’t know what she does. I was told to email her about an issue so I could have a paper trail and of course it’s been months and she never responded. Please please please for your sanity don’t move here. About half the units are empty for a reason. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!

    • Don't let the street name fool you

      Trash everywhere, broken glass, homeless people staying in the abandoned apartments because they don't lock them, painted tubs, rat infestation, roach infestation, ignore maintenance requests and mark them done, I mean the lists goes on, I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here. Get out while you can, everything is a lie including the management.

      I’m sure you can find an apartment here, everyone qualifies. They have plenty of space, lots of empty apartments with broken windows and no doors. I wish I could post pictures here of how abandoned and trashy this place looks. It gets worse by the day. It’s sad how they don’t care about their paying renters.

      Llevo 8 meses viviendo aquí, no conozco otros condominios pero si hay uno peor que este debe ser debajo de un puente. La corriente exterior lleva más de un mes reportándose y nada que han solucionado el problema, parece esto una boca de lobo, el aire está contaminado por donde quiera que caminas es mariguana lo que inhalas, la seguridad es 0, portones sin control entra y sale Houston completo, basura en todos los pasillos, mi departamento vive ocupado de ratones y cucarachas, el gimnasio fantasma ...
      que ponen lleva más de un año cerrado según ellos por infiltraciones, los autos amanecen con los vídreos rotos o con las gomas picadas, para cobrar la renta si tienen el uno si el día 5 cae domingo y ellos no trabajan igual el 6 ya están poniendo recargo de 100 dolares o desalojo en 3 días aún si pagas el 6 temprano. En fin le doy 1 estrella ? porque no existe el menos 5.. estoy rezando porque lleguen los 12 meses de contrato para perderme de esta pocilga. Debajo de un puente se vive mejor.

    • The worst!! Run!

      Guys do NOT rent from this place! This is the worst mistake I have ever made. Trash everywhere, anyone can park there, office staff is rude and no sense of urgency when maintenance such as AC is not working especially here in Texas. I have been without ac at least 4 times in 10 months, their excuse is that they are waiting for parts. Really parts, 4 different times, no exageration. They do NOT care! The manager never answers her calls or calls back. Is there even a manager?! Just horrible!
