May 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comA warning to anyone considering Sienna Pointe Apartments. My experience living here has been very disappointing. Maintenance issues are not handled in a timely manner, and concerns often go unresolved. Kids are always causing trouble ,destroying reidents property and Communication from the office has also been frustrating and unhelpful. I would strongly encourage others to think twice before moving here.This complex is horrible all the way around!Property Manager Responded

People zip through parking lots almost hitting people. The water is hard so if you don't use toilet you will get a ring where the water sat.You hear the train at least one to two times a night. Or in the day its just sitting on tracks of McCarty. The office staff doesn't communicate with residents. When you put a work order in, In order to know it's been done you have to go through portal. When you ...call or email you don't hear from anyone.Read More
