Management is terrible

The management is what brings this place down. They will treat you like you are a bother to them. Do not ask a question or request. You will be treated like dirt. They even tow their own tenants out of their assigned parking spots. They will leave you ac broken for days in the summer. The maintenance will lock you out of your apt and then they hit you with a lockout fee.

The new management in the past year has made this a remarkable place to live. They are making obvious improvements to the landscaping, pool area, security, and have been quick to respond to maintenance request.

Sierra Condos is an amazing place to live! It's very close to Mays and the apartment resembles a townhome lifestyle. The property management is also very friendly and helpful.
