May 3, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for 1 year had a one bedroom 1 ba it was great in the beginning but then people would break into the cars and the security is almost never there so much for paying for saftey . But other than that its quiet and staff is ok .

February 5, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comPROS: reasonably priced - if you shop around, they are among one of the cheapest apartments to rent - clean and in a convenient area. Washer/dryer included Management is friendly and responsive (I've had to report several minor maintenance issues, resolved within 1-2 days). Gina - manager - could smile a lot more...she always looks so serious....does not have a warm and welcoming look. Near RiverPark - you can even walk it. Easy to get on and off the 41 Gated - however gates close too slow ...in my opinion...easy to sneak in behind cars either with your care or walking in. Regular community events (BBQs, Pizza Night, holiday-themed events, etc.) CONS: -My biggest complaint is that when we moved out - we lived there for about 2-3/4 years!, We moved out of state because of a new job. I drove back and spent 3 nights at the apartment cleaning it up - i wiped each blind twice to ensure that there was no dust on them; scrubbed the shower/bath twice, using abrasive and chemical cleaners to ensure there were no mold or water marks, and wiped down the walls with a cleaner all the way from the ceiling to the carpet, among other things. I feel that they knew that I now lived out of state and wasn't about to drive back to protest the charges, but they deducted $231.42 for the following from my deposit - 1) they prorated the painting of all of the walls, 6 doors and trim (trim? why would i pay for the trim?) - 50% (32 months) $30 that was un-itemized. The paint looked exactly how it was given to us with the exception of a little hole from a penny nail that i used to hang a painting that i forgot to patch up. I believe that charging for repainting the unit is illegal as it is all part of normal wear and tear that tenants are prohibited from passing onto their tenants as long as the tenants leave it in reasonable condition and did not paint their own colors. 2) they also charged me a cleaning service fee of $45 for cleaning all of the blinds, the washer/dryer, and the tub shower....I had left all of these in a very clean condition. I doubt the cleaning service did anything - probably a charge they charge all tenants...if I knew this, I would have just let them clean it instead of doing it myself. I just wanted you all to be aware of this and be prepared to have charges deducted from your deposit...you may even want to question them in detail at checkout. I dare for them to show any tenants that actually got all of their rental deposit back.Read More

The front office staff is always there to assist you no matter what and they do it with a smile. My past apartment experiences were not so great when it came to the staff and just keeping up with maintenance. The staff was very welcoming when we moved in and have consistently made us more and more comfortable. The apartment complex throws weekly events for all guests, which not a lot of apartments do. So it's nice to get a chance ...to meet our neighbors! I couldn't be happier with where I live. I'm safe, maintenance is awesome, rent is affordable, water and trash is included. It's everything I would want in an apartment and more!!Read More
Lots of space bad quality
July 28, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWe have a 988sqft 2bed 1bath apartment with washer/dryer that is handicapped accessible. I am extremely happy with the space but the quality of the counters, cabinets, carpet, and appliances are poor. I guess that is what you get with the rent being on the cheaper side for a 2d/1b w/washer/dryer. The management and handy men are great. Every work order I have made was promptly fixed and always called us after the job was done to ask if we are happy with the job and if there is anything else ...needed to let them know. Free wine every Christmas, monthly events, and pizza night!Read More
