Was great until rennovations
April 7, 2023On-sight maintenance crew is wonderful. Large apartment units. But “who can play music the loudest" contests at the pool; guest parking used to store cargo trailers & inoperable vehicles. Cheapest construction work to the exterior of the buildings resulting in extreme water leakage. New decks leak all over patios.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2015Very peaceful, serene location. Neighbors are friendly, decent, hard working singles, married w/ kids, and active retirees. Even the pets are polite. Apartments are good sized and in decent shape but with brand new management in place for just a few months now renovations and upgrades are happening already! The exercise room will be amazing with it's new steam room and the pool is just about perfect. In a nutshell? It's a nice place to call home.Review from Apartments.com
