    I went to tour the complex, and they seem to be great. The manager was very friendly, very informative, and very on it. The updates are nice and the complex has cleaned up a lot. They have nice amenities and affordable for this economy. Definitely considering renting here.

  • horrible service

    I applied to a 4 bedroom apartment. They were quick to take the holding fee and get the paperwork from me, after that it was such a hassle getting ahold of them for an update, then they reached out and I needed a consigner, got a co-signer with excellent credit. To then hear back weeks later saying my co signer was approved but I still wasn’t.. don’t know why I wouldn’t if my co signer was approved. I then made an appointment to pick up my holding fee to only be left outside for an hour and the ...
    maintenance man tell me they were gone for the day when the sign started they would be back at 12:50. Horrible experience at Serbia townhome. I live an hour away. Had to take time off work so many times to come over here and give them everything they needed in a timely manner to only be let down from them. 100% do not recommend applying here

  • Roaches and Aged

    We loved here for 2 years solely for the pricing as we saved to purchase our home. There is a serious issue with roaches and the property is very aged. We had quite a few maintenance issues. We were also one of many unites that went just over 3 months without working AC, while it was 100+ degrees in the summer. Though the pricing is great for the amount of space you get, the facility itself is severely lacking.

  • Mgr is great

    Manager is great and grounds and places are kept up. Places are fixed up and redone. My place is nice. I believe it is all based on tenant and how they keep it up. Alot of the kids are not not watched by the parents and able to do whatever they want and have very bad mouths and some get physical with other kids so for my children and family it is very different but overall the places and management is great. I was really concerned when moved to the area and I know the area is not great but there ...
    is no great and perfect city anymore. So if you watch your kids and stick to yourself you won't have many issues. If your looking for a good and relaiable property management you will find it here.

    Great Management..Well kept landscaping..family orientated..Security 24 hours a day...7 days a week...I feel safe here...My boyfriend was in a car accident...on disability.Hes a hard worker...but cant get back to work till his hand is healed..Im on SSI...disabled...We need help...Please help...God Bless and Thank you........
