They want way too much for apartments with little room, outdated appliances, and ant and mice problems.

They're OK

Units are old and outdated and maintenance is slow to fix things unless its an emergency fix. Most of the neighbors are quiet at night but have had multiple vehicles broken into on multiple occasions at night.

I have been here about a year, and really enjoy the complex and the gated community. As a single female, I take my safety very important, and it is nice to be in a complex where people are friendly, but not intrusive. The maintenance team and office personal are quick to rectify any request I may have, and are very flexible. The grounds are kept clean, and my little doggie loves it here. It is very quiet and there are many tenants I have met that have been here much longer than I have. I ...
like that there are families with younger children as well. There are two laundry facilities on site, so I am always able to do laundry. My family comes to visit me frequently and always comments on how pretty of a view the complex has, and how they are happy with where I live. Also, being close on the foothill of the mountain we are far enough away from the trains we do not hear them inside the apartment!

Their nothing but liers!!! DON'T trust them. The apts. are old,and
they tell you there not. THERE'S nothing good about the place.
They paint the inside to look good, but the place is in BAD SHAPE!
Brake-ins, people who don't care about you, and even had a double
homicide not to long ago. If you don't care about this stuff----
this place is for you. If you do rent from -------- Good Luck.
