March 25, 2026If you like communication from your office, this is not the place for you. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t complete work orders. They definitely close them out and they will try and charge you when you do leave for normal wear and tear if you stayed in there for over a year, they will charge you for the things that they are supposed to repair the office Lady is very rude. The new management. Only person who actually communicates is Mr. Eddie but if you don’t want the fight and you ...don’t want the arguments about bugs roaches being in your apartment and asking for exterminations asking for things to be repaired and they don’t come through and then eventually you get hit with $800 of repairs that are normal wear and tear choose somewhere elseRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 5, 2025The apartment wasn't properly cleaned. I took pictures of the washroom with stuff between the washer and dryer. Trash and dirt on top of the hot water heater. My move in process was a hassle. I work graveyard shift and told them that I would be there to pick up my keys at 9am when they opened, I didn't get my keys until almost 10am. Then the keys that they gave me didn't work, so I had to walk back down 3 flights of steps, go back to office and tell them that the keys didn't work. This was very ...frustrating being that I had worked a 12 hour shift that night before move in.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2025I love the location and it’s pretty quiet for the most part. What I don’t like are the pool hours being changed because of tenants not following the rules. It’s unfortunate because the hours are unreasonable. Most people don’t get of work until 5 or 6 which leaves no time to get in the pool in the evening.
