August 5, 2025The apartment wasn't properly cleaned. I took pictures of the washroom with stuff between the washer and dryer. Trash and dirt on top of the hot water heater. My move in process was a hassle. I work graveyard shift and told them that I would be there to pick up my keys at 9am when they opened, I didn't get my keys until almost 10am. Then the keys that they gave me didn't work, so I had to walk back down 3 flights of steps, go back to office and tell them that the keys didn't work. This was very ...frustrating being that I had worked a 12 hour shift that night before move in.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2025I love the location and it’s pretty quiet for the most part. What I don’t like are the pool hours being changed because of tenants not following the rules. It’s unfortunate because the hours are unreasonable. Most people don’t get of work until 5 or 6 which leaves no time to get in the pool in the evening. There are a few improvements needed, but it’s a nice area overall.Property Manager Responded

April 27, 2025It’s been okay! A few of the amenities aren’t up to as best standards as I believe they should be for “Luxury Apartments” but they’re manageable. I’ve had issues with my dryer since I moved in, the parking is horrible, and maintenance orders take weeks to be addressed. Other than these few things it’s been nice, and pretty quiet other than my downstairs neighbors and their surround sound system they blast at all hours of the night.Property Manager Responded
