June 6, 2025I’ve lived at Sierra at Fall Creek for a little over four years. The management office team is wonderful. They are friendly and resolve issues quickly. The maintenance team is great — they are friendly, respectful of the property, and fix any issues you have. The apartments are spacious and gorgeous. The community is quiet yet friendly. May 8, 2025I lived here for about a year. It is pretty quiet for the most part. The staff and maintenance crew are cool. If I need anything fixed in my unit, it doesn’t take long for that to be resolved and I appreciate that a lot.Property Manager Responded

April 27, 2025It’s been okay! A few of the amenities aren’t up to as best standards as I believe they should be for “Luxury Apartments” but they’re manageable. I’ve had issues with my dryer since I moved in, the parking is horrible, and maintenance orders take weeks to be addressed. Other than these few things it’s been nice, and pretty quiet other than my downstairs neighbors and their surround sound system they blast at all hours of the night.Property Manager Responded

April 19, 2025First moving in was awesome. We didn’t expect anything almost like luxury and very spacious, but after a few more weeks staying in, there has been roaches everywhere the dryer giving out, the knob on the microwave broken, looks like someone glued it on, the stove top broken two out of 10 would not recommend.Property Manager Responded

New assistants sucks
December 12, 2024Besides the fact that she’s always on her phone she also has a terrible attitude. She’s so rude and replies to your questions unprofessionally. She has no business working in an office environment she has zero customer service talks to you like she’s talking to a homegirl. She needs to get a job where it won’t matter if she’s on her phone all day. Lots of staff changes lately and she’s the one that was poorly made. If you don’t want to lose residents or people applying get that girl off her phone ...get her Airpods out her ears and teach her some manners!Property Manager Responded
