August 5, 2025The apartment wasn't properly cleaned. I took pictures of the washroom with stuff between the washer and dryer. Trash and dirt on top of the hot water heater. My move in process was a hassle. I work graveyard shift and told them that I would be there to pick up my keys at 9am when they opened, I didn't get my keys until almost 10am. Then the keys that they gave me didn't work, so I had to walk back down 3 flights of steps, go back to office and tell them that the keys didn't work. This was very ...frustrating being that I had worked a 12 hour shift that night before move in.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2025I love the location and it’s pretty quiet for the most part. What I don’t like are the pool hours being changed because of tenants not following the rules. It’s unfortunate because the hours are unreasonable. Most people don’t get of work until 5 or 6 which leaves no time to get in the pool in the evening. There are a few improvements needed, but it’s a nice area overall.Property Manager Responded
