Avoid This Property Manager!

Nice interiors and location, but my experience with this property management team has been incredibly frustrating. Only move here if COMPLETELY desperate.
First, one of the office workers has been extremely arrogant and rude. Not sure if she's arrogant to everybody or it was just me. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected with the way she attended me every time I went to the office.
Second, the maintenance at this property is extremely poor. I reported a leaking washing machine multiple ...
times, but management failed to properly fix it. Water would spill out onto the floor almost every week, even affecting the neighboring apartments. Despite the obvious risk of property damage and safety concerns, they showed little urgency or care in addressing the issue.
Third, I encountered a huge snake inside my apartment, which was both alarming and distressing. Although it was removed, I was made to feel as if that was a favor.
Fourth, when it came time to renew/end my lease, they deliberately created obstacles to make things harder for me. I was told I wasn't allowed to move out in December or January, but they had listings available for move in during those months, strange! On top of that, they claimed that I hadn’t signed a “notice to vacate” form, which I was never even provided!
Fifth, forget about your deposit. That's your mandatory gift for them.
I would not recommend dealing with this management team if you’re looking for peace of mind, transparency and fairness. Very disappointing!
