September 3, 2022If you’re ok with sharing your home with hundreds of roaches and rats then this’s the place to go! Walls and power outlets are infested by 100s of the most resilient roaches; absolutely deplorable condition! ZERO care, ZERO maintenance, ZERO customer service! When you move out, be ready to get scammed by receiving a statement from collection with fake costs that you’ll never be able to contest. Disgusting
February 27, 2022The front office girls are useless. Comments about how wonderful and friendly they are, written by them. The apartments are even worse. Mold under carpeting Back doors rotted at bottom, outlets don’t work, stove did not work and was not cleaned, carpet is disgusting, patio is a joke, paint job pathetic, noise at night constantly loud (weekends worse).Save your health and sanity….don’t rent there.Property Manager Responded

So Glad I'm out of there
November 20, 2018These townhouses are old, not maintenance well, sewage problems that will never be resolved, bug that enter due to apt not tightly sealed, cold in the winter due to not good installation, poor material of painted old counter top to expose you bateria, old sinks. Now for the staff: very unhappy, filthy attitude, blood thristy for rent increases of poor apts not worth it, oh yeah painted old tub, poor water pressure from never resolved sewage problem. Again staff attitude lets you know they're ...hatefull, & maintenance is ajoke, poor. They do everything they can to put rental judgements if you fall on hard times. Below negative 0 stars. There's plenty of better housing than this. They still thrist after you for $ by using RENTDEBT to scare you.Property Manager Responded

We work very hard to ensure that our community and our residents enjoy their time at Signature Place. Did you report your maintenance issues to the staff and give them an opportunity to address any problems you may have had with your apartment? We would have welcomed the chance to resolve your maintenance issues. Did you report your need for extermination? Our pest professional is on the property every Friday. We could have put you on his schedule if we were made aware of an issue with bugs. In the case of RentDebt, unfortunately if you leave owing a balance on your account and that balance remains unpaid, we must move to the next level and have the collections agency attempt to collect any monies owed. Again, thanks for taking the time to express your ...opinion about your residency at Signature Place. We wish you well in your future endeavors.

At first glance it looks like a pleasant community of apartments with all the comforts expected in decent home living.
September 12, 2015The aesthetics are pleasing to the eye but that is all. Paper thin walls,small bedrooms, creaky floors shoddy plumbing and water pressure. They try their best to dress it up to give the appearance of luxury with, wood flooring that's rolled out linoleum, sprayed on counter tops, nickel fixtures on wood slabs they've painted to be bedroom and closet doors, as well as bathroom and kitchen cabinet doors. The only updates are glass top stoves and their weather proof windows, but it still lacks the ...quality that a person is used to living in and calling home. They allow pets but they don't have sufficient clean up in place because the owners of the pets just let them go any and everywhere without disposing of the waste in the provided for green bag dispensers and trash receptacles. Therefore our children are left walking through poo minefields just to get to the pool and the playground...hence the reason why most of the residents children don't use the playground, too gross. The bugs and mice were another issue, not so much a mice problem for me anymore since I moved out of the i-section, but the water bugs are persistent especially after a rain. They need tremendous upgrades to the bathrooms especially for the prices they charge. Over priced apartments, old plumbing and unsanitary grounds. On the plus side the neighbors are absolute gems, especially the ones without dogs and the people who work there are exceptional and are as accommodating as they could be with what they have to offer. Work is done in a timely manner and they try their best to make you whole. The outside contractors are pleasant as well, the do the best they can with what they have.
