“A Life Well Earned” Silver Elm Estates is a charming Independent Living community for 55+ individuals, offering affordable 1 – and 2 – bedroom apartments, plus six wheelchair accessible apartments. Units are very spacious and ADA compliant with accessible emergency pull cords. All utilities are included with no activation fees, and every unit includes regularly scheduled housekeeping visits at no extra cost. In addition, full-sized washer and dryers are also included and select units come with available carports. At Silver Elm we strive to provide our residents with resort-style amenities such as three professionally cooked meals daily with restaurant-style dining, an on-site beauty salon, accommodating wellness center, daily and weekly social events and activities, and local transportation for healthcare visits and other scheduled outings.
