Property Is Totally Overrated

The two overpriced, glorified housing projects that sit on Victory Boulevard have seen better days. The swimming pool at the property hasn't been opened since 2022 and the management company has curiously said nothing to the residents regarding if or when it will be reopen. Notably, there is a charge for residents to use the now-defunct pool. The buildings are infested with mice, roaches, and a seemingly endless array of other insects that the property manager shrugs off as being "part of living ...

in an old building." And, speaking of the staff at Silver Lake, the property manager, assistant property manager, and head of maintenance are incredibly rude and condescending. look elsewhwere!
