This is literally the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in and i wish I had the option to give 0 stars. No one is ever available to answer the phone which is inconvenient to people who work a full time job. Management leaves when they want to , the office is suppose to close at 6 , it’s currently 5:34 as I’m typing this and I just got back to my apartment from the front office which was locked with no note on the door. There is never anyone consistent working in the office and now I have mold or ...
mildew growing in my apartment which I put in a work order for in December 2025! We halfway through 2026. I’ve been here for 3 years and it has become worse since I’ve first moved in. Oh I can’t forget I’ve put in multiple work orders for my AC that doesn’t circulate in the main bedroom but it’s never been fixed , it works for a while and then stops again and again.

I have videos and photos to back how clean I left it. checked in physical with office to make sure everything was good in August. now I am receiving emails saying I owe money because I trashed the apartment. I spoke with onsite lady that I originally checked in with and she told me I had to take up with collection agency and hung up in my face when I requested to speak to the manager.
