One of my first nights here a young couple who I live next to knocked on my door to introduce themselves. They also made me a homemade cheesecake. Totally restored my faith in humanity. Everyone seems so sweet and welcoming. Heather is amazing too. She has such a warm and kind soul. Very helpful! Love it here!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

I lived at silver pines for about a year had a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The area wasn’t too noisy and I would definitely reccomend to someone looking for an affordable place to live. The landlord is a very wonderful woman! Nothing but good experiences!

I lived at Silver Pines Apartments for the last two years and have nothing but good things to say about the management and maintenance staff. They have always been attentive to my needs and do their best to make this place feel like a home, not just a place to live. My two-bedroom apartment was reasonably priced, and I loved the spaciousness and the hardwood floors. I always felt safe, especially with several neighbors being active in the military and law enforcement. The location was incredibly ...
convenient, too. Easy access to the interstate, downtown, and the commercial area in Fort Gratiot. The only reason I've moved on is to take the leap into home ownership. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent!

I have lived at Silver Pines for 2 years and have had a great experience. The apartments are very big and up to date which is very nice. The management is very nice and responsive if you need them. The one bedroom I had was awesome, very large rooms for the price in unit laundry which is awesome for the price. Management is awesome, helpful, and quick to try and help solve any problems that need to be addressed. On top of that you are right in the middle of everything, not long of a drive no matter what you need to do.
