April 7, 2022One of my first nights here a young couple who I live next to knocked on my door to introduce themselves. They also made me a homemade cheesecake. Totally restored my faith in humanity. Fantastic apartments and staff!
October 30, 2018I lived at Silver Pines Apartments for the last two years and have nothing but good things to say about the management and maintenance staff. They have always been attentive to my needs and do their best to make this place feel like a home, not just a place to live. My two-bedroom apartment was reasonably priced, and I loved the spaciousness and the hardwood floors. I always felt safe, especially with several neighbors being active in the military and law enforcement. The location was incredibly ...convenient, too. Easy access to the interstate, downtown, and the commercial area in Fort Gratiot. The only reason I've moved on is to take the leap into home ownership. Great experience
August 28, 2017The one bedroom I had was awesome, very large rooms for the price in unit laundry which is awesome for the price. Management is awesome, helpful, and quick to try and help solve any problems that need to be addressed.
