Not only are they managing a property, but this is a customer service heavy job and they are amazing at what they do. The grounds department is also great. They were always accommodating as my cat is an insane person and I needed to be there to supervise him with anyone coming in for repairs. Also I never saw any rodent or bug friends while living here. The only issue I had was on the outside of the apartment with some spiders but that's because we're right next to the woods. Everything is maintained very well and the unit was immaculate when I moved into it. Living on my own has been one of my favorite experiences in life and they made it better than I ever could have imagined. As long as you treat the people working here with the respect they deserve, there’s not much they won’t do to help you. The only reason I am moving out is because I am moving in with my significant other. I could have seen myself staying here for a very long time otherwise. I'm going to miss my little one bedroom so much!

Parking can be a pain especially if you get home late. You can guarantee any spots near your unit to be taken. If you’re looking for a place to live in the area whether your first or last, Silver Ridge is a great choice.

as they only give you 1 spot per apartment regardless of how many occupants. People park illegally and make it hard for people that do park legally to get out without nearly hitting their car. They don't seem to really enforce the illegal parking with tickets or towing, which is a bit annoying to me, because there is one car that parks in a spot that is outlined in yellow as NO PARKING and just puts his car right on it with no regard to anyone else. I hope Silver Ridge starts to enforce this more. I know parking sucks and people don't want to walk but if some occupants do it why can't they? Overall, aside from the parking, if you only have 1 car, this is the place for you. If you have 2 cars, parking sucks but still worth the price I Pay for Silver Ridge.
