Horrible Management
June 21, 2023The ONLY reason we stayed after our lease expired is because we did not want to go through the moving process so soon. However, if I could at the moment, I'd leave so fast. Leasing officers have changed more than 3 times in the year that I have been here. I don't even know where to begin. The first leasing staff did not manage our application and move in process well at all. Had to constantly follow up with her. After we moved in, we never got a tour of the how to get rid of trash, and how to ...access certain amenities. We were told our key FOB to our apartments would be setup last year, we're still using a key to access our apartment. When I send an email expressing my concerns about something happening on the property or about residents, I NEVER get a response back. We have to deal with the leasing office renting out the amenities too often to other residents which doesn't allow us to enjoy them, something we have paid for. The property cleanliness is poor. Trash rooms mostly are disgusting. The exterior as well. Trash cans around the property are always full. Trash blowing around. The outdoor furniture is never cleaned and not taken care of. I wish they had better Management. This property has so much potential to be great!Property Manager Responded
