The worst place ever. Don’t move to this place
January 31, 2021I just moved last night. No A/C, no light in my kitchen, the stove is not working. No lights in second floor hallway, garbage all over the stairs and hallway. Yo can hear all the noises from the apartment on the 3 rd floor. The person that gave my keys in admin office no customer service skills at all!!!!!! Ask me for the my money order gave my keys and bye. The neighbor on the first floor complaining because I was walking and making noise because you can hear every single step and noise in this ...place. I regret to move here with my kids a million times. I spoke to my neighbor last night and the feedback was” worst management ever”. The only good thing in this place is Jorge the maintenance guy. This place is horrible!!!!
January 14, 2020I don’t recommend moving here. We’re leaving the first chance we get. This place has rats. We lived with a big scary one for six months before my husband was able to catch it. It would run underneath our bed at night or behind our dresser. One time I was laying on my couch and it came running towards me to go underneath the couch. It was terrifying!!! The security officer here is very intimidating and unprofessional. He has beat up my male friend until the security’s wife stopped him. One day my ...husband was outside playing with our children and he approached my husband with his chest high and confrontational like asking him what does he think he’s doing. My husband said playing with my kids. It’s like he was looking for a fight. I just got new neighbors and I can hear every step they take. They wake my kids up sometimes and it’s hard for me to sleep. I’m so tired. I never heard my old neighbors. If you need something fixed, you’ll have to wait a long time. I called in our dryer one time. A month later I called them for an update and they didn’t even have a work order for it!!!! I have been waiting for six months just for them to fix my mailbox. The first two times, they didn’t fix it right. The third time, I couldn’t open it. Maintenance came to open it but she was struggling too but got it open then she looked at me like I was stupid. IT WAS HARD FOR HER TO OPEN TOO. Now I’m in the same boat. I haven’t checked my mail since then and I and my husband both can’t open it. I called and of course they never call you back. Long story short, the maintenance supervisor can’t even open it so he’s going to fix it. Let’s see how long and if it actually works this time. Filthy apartment no update to facility stay away from this property
April 3, 2019FILTHY APARTMENT COMPLEX. Unprofessional unethical ways of management to not return deposits rack up false payment charges. Old facility, needs better insulation, very noisy ghetto complex. Manaement, maintenance very poor & make sure you keep copies of all documents. Poor Community
February 20, 2019This apartment are very unhealthy to live and poor maintenance as well as office. They lie numerous times to my son and they have rats and mice with babies in the roof and attic. Horrible concern, not worried about your well liven at all. Do not move here. Also mold so what they do is paint over mold and mildew until you move in that's when it all happened. Poorly managed. Parking is Terrible
November 9, 2017The Silverado Apartments in Frisco, TX are owned and managed by Adams LaSalle Realty. These are some of the worst managed apartments I have ever experienced. When I first moved into my apartment, I noticed that the ice that came out of my refrigerator was dirty. I complained but it wasn’t fixed so I have just been buying bags of ice from the local Sprout’s to use for my smoothies, iced drinks, etc. My dishwasher broke over the summer and I immediately put in a maintenance request. At first ...the management office was not responsive. Then after I called them several times they finally responded and ordered a part. By the time they finally fixed it, I had spent almost 3 weeks without a functioning dishwasher. Another time, my toilet broke and wouldn’t flush. I had to physically fill the basin behind the toilet with water to flush it. This should have been a simple repair of some of the parts but for whatever reason it took them almost a week to repair. The parking is also really bad here. It would not be unusual past 9pm at night that every visitor spot in the complex is taken, including the parking spaces in the front of the complex by the leasing office. I think this might be because they have a lot of vacant garages that no one wants to pay for (I know this because when I complained about parking, the leasing office tried to sell me a garage). I also think the locations of visitor parking are more convenient for residents, so many residents fill up all the visitor parking instead of parking in “permit”. That may not happen, but you'll definitely strike it "rich" at the Silverado Apartments in Frisco. If you're looking for a wealth of benefits, then look no further. You have the convenience factor, location, the people, and the apartments themselves. Need to hop on the tollway to get to work? You've got the Dallas North Tollway less than two minutes away. Need ...to get gas? Take your pick from the many gas stations all close by. Don't want to cook? Then you've got your pick of fast-food and restaurants. There's also Kroger's, Tom Thumb, and Wal-Mart very near. Need to satisfy your shopping needs? Then there's the nearby shopping center or Stonebriar Mall, where you can take in a movie at AMC Stonebriar. The office staff members are always friendly and courteous, and will go out of their way to help make sure you are happy living here. They looked after my apartment while I was overseas for three months. The maintenance team is always quick to respond, and handle your service requests right the first time. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, with very open floor plans. The walk-in closets are large enough they might as well be another bedroom. You can soak or shower away the day's stress in your large garden tub. Perhaps keep yourself warm by the fireplace. There's no need for a laundromat, because each apartment has its own washer and dryer. If you've got a furry friend, cat or dog, they are welcome here. There are many places for your dog to go when nature calls, and the disposal stations are provided. They are always trying to make the gated community look and feel better and brighter than before. During the summer, you can take a dip in the newly renovated pool area, or sit out on the lounge chairs and bask in the suns. Want to keep yourself in shape? There's the 24hr gym at your disposal. The front office has a business center and a pool table, so you can work or play. If you hate taking the trash to the dumpster, then you won’t have to here, as there will soon be a valet trash service. August 31, 2015It's kind of expensive, but it has a pool and basketball court for kids. It's in a good neighborhood, and close to Preston rd. The first floor has wooden flooring, the rest have carpet. There are washer and dryers which are definitely nice to have. Their pet friendly but small areas of grass.
