I loved it here when I moved in several years ago however the new management who is currently in the office has no eagerness to assist or fix tenant issues as they say one thing and do another not in the interest of the tenants.Review from Apartments.com

March 28, 2024I've been living in these apartments for a few years, and all I can say is i love living here. Silverleaf is home it's quiet, and Tania the new manager is awesome. She is very approachable and always willing to help with any issues you may have. We have alot of people that have been living here for years, so for us this place is home, and between the new management and the maintenance. Nicest place I've lived

Nice and clean, but sometimes sketch at night
August 11, 2015Overall a great place to live. The apartment is a good size and is nice, especially for how cheap rent is. The closet is huge and there are two other closets for storage, one being an outside closet on the balcony. There is a washer and dryer hook up if you have a washer and dryer. It's quiet and drama free almost all the time. There is a bus stop close where you see a lot of sketchy people and sometimes around here, but overall nothing to worry about. All the gates have security codes to get ...into the complex and it is very well lighted. There is a dog park and a pretty good pool.
