Pros and cons everytime company changes. Ridiculous. Pool and gym is always closed. Maintenance is a joke and charges you for everything and rent etc goes up

Pros: Two bedrooms are very spacious and easy parking.
Cons: The management company doesn’t care about their tenants. You will be charged everything regardless if you asked for it or not. The insulation is not good in the apartments. No Security and environment has gone downhill. People in the office and office hours change numerous times. Rent prices are rising.

It's not GREAT, but it isn't bad either. I adjusted better than I thought. It would be great if the trash valet really came to pick up my trash, and if the staff at the leasing office were available at the business hours displayed. Other than that, it's okay.
