I have lived in the Silverstone apartments for about nine years. When I moved here they were amazing about taking care of problems and maintenance issues promptly. The management was extremely friendly. That has completely changed. The last couple years everything has completely gone downhill. They are slow to take care of maintenance issues. The management is extremely rude and condescending. They treat us like garbage. I would have highly recommended it here several years ago, but I do not feel ...

Apartment building and garage are clean and well maintained. The environment is super chill. The walls are thick. Overall great apartment, but I've had frustrating experiences with maintenance. Had to go 2 weeks in the summer without A/C. Also, there were squirrels in the ceiling and walls that were annoying for several months.

I've lived at Silverstone for 9+ years. I love my apartment and the location! Close to all the things I need, still able to access downtown when I want. Quiet neighborhood. Any maintenance items I've had have been handled quickly and efficiently.

Silverstone is a great place to live, which is I have resided here over 15 years. These are somewhat expensive apartments, but you definitely get what you pay for. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, and most winters the snow plowing and sidewalk-clearing has been fast. Some of the reasons I moved out west here from the east side, were the convenient location closer to my work, because even the studios have in-unit laundry, the option of underground parking available for an extra ...
charge, and free off-street parking. In my experience, the property manager and maintenance crew are helpful and pleasant to work with, and the neighborhood is safe.

Huge closets in the loft apartment, very quite area, and incredibly fast and helpful management. Pool is always warm and never crowded, workout room has nice equipment, location is perfect with great surrounding stores and restaurants.
