Sinclair is very much a place to live if you are looking for quietness and still be able to shop around. The leasing office is also perfect with answering all questions and making sure you know everything ahead of time!

I moved into my apartment at Sinclair about three weeks ago. I absolutely love my new home. Matthew has been incredibly helpful in fixing everything I needed fixed in my unit always with a big smile. Johanna has been amazing at troubleshooting for me and Bridgett made touring the apartment and building amenities fun.

I live at Sinclair Apartments for 5 years. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for their next home. All the staff is very friendly. Maintenance always comes quickly. There is a good parking for cars. The property is kept very clean. It’s zoned to great Schools. It’s convenient to go to the grocery shop across the street, the bank or the pharmacy. You can find all kinds of restaurant nearby. A few feet away there is a nice park for kids to enjoy. the bus passes right in front of the ...
complex going to the medical center. It’s in one of the safest zone of Houston.
