Actual Resident Review
March 17, 2019I was sold on the charm of the building when I signed a lease here. My move in was less than spectacular with several hiccups from management and the Menkiti Group. Being in the unit seems fine and so for no real complaints about the overall quality of the actual unit, but the building is another matter. The walls are paper thin, it seems (in my opinion) no sound proofing or quality installation was put in during renovations. I can clearly hear my neighbors not loud at all music, and my upstairs ...neighbor’s every single step to include his/her toilet flush. The sidewalk in the rear side of the building is constantly flooded with murky water drain off. Imagine having to take your trash out and having to walk through brown oil filled water to get to the trash bin that’s always open for some reason(neighbors not shutting it properly). There’s always trash on the sidewalk, once I came home to a kitchen sink (yep, that’s right) sitting on the sidewalk...hello there. So all in all, for some not that big of a deal for me, biding my time till that lease is up and moving on. Historic Gem in the Heart of Mount Rainier
August 14, 2018I had the pleasure of seeing this building, twice. The most recent being during Mount Rainier Day, where they gave out lovely treats to passer-byers along with tours of the model apartments. From the wooden staircase to the abundance of windows within the apartments, I was dazzled by the small details that made these apartments feel like home.Review from Apartments.com
