Clean, quiet, new with good staff. Maintenance is quick, things get resolved fast and the community is respectful and peaceful. The coffee machine is a little dirty though.

People is always nice, both.. residents and managers. Also, the common areas are always clean and in frequent maintenance. What I am not too happy on is in the price to reserve the club room, specially if anyway people can go and be there, but I am sure they are working on that.
