This place charges you for everything they are legally required to do (paint, carpet cleaning). The office on site doesn't handle almost anything, everything is done through a corporate office in San Diego and they are unreachable. When you move out, they will make sure you don't get your security deposit and will find ways to make you pay as much as they can, regardless of how you leave the place. Dishonest and tries to raise the rent without telling you

I have lived here for 1.5 years and can’t wait to leave. The manager prior to new management were nice and understanding but the new management supposedly lost my lease and would not contact old company they used for it and discussed without me in conversation that I needed to be charged month to month which would be 200 more dollars than I was paying. Stolen vehicle

On 2/9/2019 my vehicle was stolen at 6:30 am. The property manager and team did not care and were not empathetic whatsoever. They did very little to help me, they didn’t even want to change my locks that same day. They told me I would have to wait 3 days for my locks to be changed, knowing whoever stole my vehicle had my keys and all my personal information. They are very rude here. STOLEN VEHICLE ON THIS PROPERTY

This place is absolutely awful. If you’re looking to move here, DO NOT. On 02/09/19 my vehicle was stolen off property at 6:30 am and they did not care or do anything to help. They wouldn’t even change my locks until two days later, knowing the person who stole my vehicle had my house keys. I’ve spoke to the women in the office and they are all rude, Victoria gave me the wrong number to corporate. I’ve tried contacting corporate and they have not gotten back to me. Just terrible, lying service

The first thing I asked when applying was if this was a hard credit check or not, would this leave a check on my credit report? I was promised no, it absolutely would not, this in no way would affect my credit score. So guess what is on my credit report now? Yes, a credit check from them. Then, they never even bothered to call me, EVER, to say if I was approved or not. Not a single call, email, telegraph, anything; only to have a call a month later saying if I didn't respond to them by the next ...
day they would drop my application. Too bad no one in their office can manage to do their job. FYI, the prices they show and the pictures do not match. The worn down, cracks, leaks, bugs, don't show up in the nicely renovated rooms that are about $200 more than than advertised. Seriously, do not bother with them.

It's so comfortable!

The condo I was renting for 7 years was sold, so the daunting task of finding a place that feels like home began. I walked through some of the apt complexes in this area. The first two made me feel "meh". I walked through Sky Court Harbors and immediately got that peaceful homey sense. The management team was great and made the entire process easy and stress free. My apartment is great size and layout for me and my sister. We were very lucky to have found it actually and it has swimming, a gym, Pool table with a large rec room with free wi-fi and comfy couches.
