Paid the $90 application fee, but they also charged $400 for 'holding an appartment' before we even got approved. We did get approved and gave a 24 hour notice we would not be moving forward and they will not refund the $400 that was never discolsed to us.

Hello, we regret that you weren't satisfied with your daughter's experience with Sky Harbor. After being approved for an apartment, we take the apartment off the market to hold it for the future move-in, as we did in your daughter's situation. The breakdown of fees is as follows: a $45 per-person application fee and a $400 standard deposit charge. Once you've been approved, you have 24 hours to cancel before the $400 deposit is non-refundable. When she and her co-applicant submitted their applications, they both agreed to these terms. According to our records, the applications were approved, and it was not until after the refundable period had run out that they decided to cancel their move-in.
