September 1, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThis is hands down one of the nicest buildings in Hollywood. Living here has felt like an absolute dream. As soon as you arrive you know you are taken care of. From the valet, to the front desk, to management…it’s all top notch. Everyone is super professional and kind. Anything I have needed, they’re on it! Any minor maintenance issues have been handled almost immediately. The units are also incredible. The views, the finishes. I could go on and on. And the rooftop pool is almost too good to be ...true. I start each morning with a cup of coffee up there and it feels amazing just to take in the view before I have to start my busy day. Then I head to the gym, which is beautiful! With all new machines, anything you would need. No other building in the area even compares. I feel safe and cared for here. My apartment is gorgeous. From the floors to the finishes, it is so good! And being able to go to the rooftop every morning to enjoy my coffee with an amazing view is the best feeling. Right in-front of my window and I signed me lease under the impression I will receive QUIET ENJOYMENT. I'm not sleeping because of the construction starting so early and on going all day (EVEN SATURDAYS), I work from home and it's completely affecting my work. I live in a large unit and the only ones that are available for transfer are tiny units. I need rent reduction! ...Even using the pool as an amenity I pay for, I cant enjoy it because of all the construction noise directly across the street.
