Horrible Introduction
August 19, 2022I scheduled an appointment to view a unit with an agent. They were late and I decided to do a self guided tour. I was told after I paid for an application fee that all documents must be direct pdf downloads which I unfortunately could not accommodate. Any responses were copied and paste. Plus there was little to no attempt to help me, in which I finally pulled my application. While the property is nice and the everyday staff was great, I would not trust a complex where I can't trust the ...management office.Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2022The experience and service are fantastic. The apartment meets my expectations and I love having Lisa and Shondra in the front and Ben at valet. Up until recently, i have not had a good experience with maintenance, but they did a good job on their most recent work order. The staff has been very kind and helpful, which certainly adds to the experience. They especially have done a great job with communication/performance during things like the recent murder across the sheet. I wish they would do ...more resident events outside of work hours and I think the gym could use some upgrades. I also still do not understand if i should be tipping to use valet, which is why i have never used it. But, mostly i am very happy and hope to stay provided the rate stays the same.
