July 23, 2025I like the view from my apartment very much — it’s truly one of the highlights of living here. The lounge on the 26th floor is absolutely amazing — a perfect spot to relax, work, or entertain guests. The building is always nice and clean. May 6, 2025I’ve been living at SKYHouse Buckhead for a year and overall, it’s a great apartment in terms of location, amenities, and design. The building itself is modern, well-kept, and offers beautiful views. However, I do feel there’s a lack of community here. It would be great to see more initiatives that bring residents together and help build a stronger sense of connection among neighbors. Additionally, management and maintenance could be more proactive and responsive. Communication isn’t always ...consistent, and requests sometimes take longer than expected to be addressed. With a bit more effort on the community-building and service side, this place could go from good to truly exceptional.Property Manager Responded

May 4, 2025I have been a resident for 4 years. Every year there is a concerns. At first it was tenants that were loud and disrespectful. The pool area was always crowded with people who didn’t live in the building. We have 3 elevators and they are never all working at the same time. We had an infestation of nats for an entire summer it was unbearable. I now feel the building is infested with roaches. It’s just been a crazy 4 years. I have not used the pool area in two years because every summer it ...like party central. For the amount of rent I pay on time this is ridiculous. I love my apartment and the close access I have to work and leisure that’s why I gave it a three but everything this else is horrible.Property Manager Responded

April 23, 2025Iv been here 4 years, and it’s mediocre.. the rent increases but nothing changes at the complex. Never had a security officer, which i always hate.. gates always broken, elevators always broken, no real amenities… staff not the friendliest… idk it’s just not worth the price or increases.Property Manager Responded
