The lounge on the 26th floor is absolutely amazing — a perfect spot to relax, work, or entertain guests. The building is always nice and clean. May 6, 2025I’ve been living at SKYHouse Buckhead for a year and overall, it’s a great apartment in terms of location, amenities, and design. The building itself is modern, well-kept, and offers beautiful views. However, I do feel there’s a lack of community here. It would be great to see more initiatives that bring residents together and help build a stronger sense of connection among neighbors. Additionally, management and maintenance could be more proactive and responsive. Communication isn’t always ...consistent, and requests sometimes take longer than expected to be addressed. With a bit more effort on the community-building and service side, this place could go from good to truly exceptional.Property Manager Responded
