May 6, 2025I’ve been living at SKYHouse Buckhead for a year and overall, it’s a great apartment in terms of location, amenities, and design. The building itself is modern, well-kept, and offers beautiful views. However, I do feel there’s a lack of community here. It would be great to see more initiatives that bring residents together and help build a stronger sense of connection among neighbors. Additionally, management and maintenance could be more proactive and responsive. Communication isn’t always ...consistent, and requests sometimes take longer than expected to be addressed.
