Good price, chill area, lacks maintenance
August 28, 2024Would rate 3.5 if I could; Not horrible but the power goes out SO often (6+ times a year). They’re trying to upgrade it a bit but they are cheap with upgrades and lack that extra professional touch to make sure things are done in a fully professional and proper way. Ex: improperly flooring finish around walls, if a tree branch is falling instead of hiring a company they tie it to their car and try to pull it down (not successful) rather than hiring a company, they don’t clean the outside of ...building ever, gutters and outside lights are broken and have been for a while, certain outside paneling is peeling and hasn’t been fixed, etc…so it’s okay but not great.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
