No Parking and Management Stinks

Other reviews are spot on. Never any parking available because people have 3-4 others living with them that aren't on the lease that park their cars here. People also have guests staying over all the time. Loud parties on week nights with people slamming the door coming in and out and bugs everywhere on everything. Police can't access the inside of building unless you open it for them which is a safety issue and keeps me from being able to report my loud neighbors. What can I do? Need assigned ...

Horrible experience after a year. The ceilings make so much noise. Unless you are on the top floor, you will hear every move someone makes. Dust falls off the walls. So loud. It doesn't matter if the person above you is tiny or big you will hear it. So many sleepless nights. The doors to the outside slam shut, so every time someone comes or goes the whole building shakes. There is a bug infestation. Everyone in the complex talks about it. The master bedroom gets no air or heat. All the other ...

rooms do, but the master room does not. The place charges way too much. They charge a lot for trash, but the trash cans always overflow. Save your money, folks!!!!!

Went to visit an open unit today. Dead bugs in Windows in hall. Actual apartment had no power. Mold in shower, spider webs on window insides, crumbs on counter. The big selling point is the view but the balcony hadn't been cleared or swept. Just zero effort. When l asked the manager all he said in a flat voice was, l don't clean them and spiders are all over! Yuck I'm glad l could rule them out. So disappointed.
