      The office staff always make themselves happily available to assist you. The property is kept clean and no pest problems, no crime that I am aware of. The complex is three minutes from I-5 north or south, and close to major shopping including South Center Mall.

      This is a nice place to live, but along with good living you also need to have somewhere for guests to park. If guests can’t park anywhere then it takes away from the niceness. If the parking situation was improved this would be the idea place to live.

      I have lived in this community since 1998. Over that period of time I have enjoyed a safe and clean environment. There have been a minimum of police activity which make me feel well protected. The management team have been outstanding (some better than others) very friendly and courteous, which makes one feel comfortable in approaching them.
