Poor Management
August 11, 2025I’ve been living in this apartment community for over 6 years and used to truly love it here — it felt like home. Unfortunately, everything changed when the management recently switched. The new team is unhelpful, dismissive, and downright rude. Any time I’ve needed assistance or had a concern, they’ve shown no willingness to help or even listen. It’s incredibly disappointing to see how far the quality of service has fallen. After years of being a happy resident, I now find myself counting down ...the days until my lease ends. Thankfully, there are plenty of brand-new, well-managed apartment options in the neighborhood — and I can’t wait to make the move. Wonderful community and management
December 31, 2019I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and am still impressed by how attentive and responsive the maintenance team is. The complex is very clean and dog friendly, and Stephanie at the leasing office always goes above and beyond whenever you have a question or concern. Highly recommend.Property Manager Responded

I give it a 4
April 7, 2017I just want to point out in the amenities listed above that there are no w/d in each apt. There is a laundromat on each floor but every single one of the machines never work. So you have to revert to taking your clothes to a laundromat place if you don't have your own machines. Highly inconvenient and a real drag. The property has gone through some major renovations and I suggest they get new machines if they're going to keep breaking down. Overall the new renovations looks great. Smaller Space but Right Location
July 20, 2015This complex is very well-maintained, and in a great location. Although a bit pricey for the space, still very well-priced for the area, which is fantastic. Walking distance to retail, bars, and restaurants from super high-end to Chipotle and Jersey Mike's. Easy access to a gorgeous urban walking/biking trail. Did I mention well-maintained? When you put in a maintenance request it is nearly always handled that very day, by a friendly and professional staff.
