I just moved in yesterday, and I am beginning to question and or regret my decision, because I don’t have heat and I don’t have hot running water. And there seems to be absolutely no sense of urgency on behalf of the maintenance staff or management.

Clean and modern facility, great management, and a really cool and convenient location. Area is not too busy and there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Also very close to grocery stores, shopping, quick bites. We have loved it here so far.

Slate is an amazing complex in a perfect location. Near some of my favorite restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops, etc. Super easy freeway access with no freeway noise. I toured 12 apartment complexes in my search and ended up going with Slate because of a gut decision, but I think it was largely because of the design. Tasteful interior and exterior with the amenities that mattered to me.
