car break ins and cockroaches
May 12, 2023When I first moved in, cockroaches were there for 6 weeks. Then cars get left on bricks and all tires stolen. Has happened too many times. Over priced for mediocre living.Review from Apartments.com
So Much Crime
December 8, 2022Take your rent money elsewhere!! The amount of vandalism in this place is outrageous! Management has known about this vandalism issue for a while and has yet to do anything to reduce it. The complex has not been open for a full year and has had a ridiculous amount of vehicles with wheel stolen and broken into. I understand these things can happen everywhere, but it has happened more than once to my fiancé alone in the 9 months we lived there. There is no reason it should happen that often and ...there is no reason they should not have some type of security. Management does not care and their response was to not leave valuables in your car... okay, but last I checked, having wheels stolen, and attempted to be stolen, has nothing to do with leaving valuables inside the car. Maintenance is not the best either. I had an issue with my water in our master bath. It took 3 requests to get them to come and ACTUALLY fix it. The price is good for the Heights area, but it's 100% not worth it. The staff in the leasing office seem like they hate their job and are rude.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 29, 2022We have had multiple car break ins, tires stolen off cars, and theft. Management puts all liability on the resident and refuses to increase security measures. No cameras on property. It's a target for thieves.Review from Apartments.com
Poor experience
November 21, 2022There is rarely ever parking, if you find parking, it is far from your apartment. Multiple car vandalisms ( stolen tires & rims ) & apartment vandalisms/burglaries as well - none of which residents are informed of. The gates have been broken & not working multiple times. Neighbors smoke weed & loud all hours of the night, none of which is resolved either. Rent is too high for the things that happen here!Review from Apartments.com
