April 11, 2024My experience with Smith and Rio has been exceptional. From the time I toured the property , to the move in experience, to the first month settling in it has been a great place to live. The place is newer and kept looking very clean. I see constant efforts of always maintaining a polished appearance in all common areas. The apartment itself has ample storage and feels spacious. Everything is very comfortable. Color choices feels fresh and modern. A property can be nice and well kept ...but it really means nothing if the property is not managed well and the staff customers focused then it is not worth living in, yet Smith and Rio staff are friendly, customer focus, from tour to after move in. They have managed to build a product and service it 100%. The garage is well lit and feels safe. The property is across from the marketplace and close to 101 and 202 freeways.
