March 15, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe Smith school lofts is a nice place to live. I love my apartment and having a garage is a huge plus during the winter months ! Rent is affordable based on the area comps. the premises are decently and routinely maintained. The management team is very kind , easy to speak with and if there is any kind of problem management will do there best to address the situation in a timely fashion . The neighbors all seem friendly and the neighborhood is quiet for the most part. You may hear a airplane ...every now and again because we are near the airport. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the ACC MANAGEMENT GROUP and my apartment manager Meghan as well as Maintenance for all the their hard work in providing me with an awesome place to live .Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
