I really enjoy the property and the staff. My only concern is when residents leave their dog urine and do not clean it up by the elevators or in them. The staff have been great with responding and getting it cleaned up quickly.

Sodo on Main is definitely a vibe. The staff is professional and I love the location. Ample parking, convenient to the Metro and the 24 hour amenities (i.e. concierge, coffee bar, gym, convenient store) especially for night owls is a major plus. The cameras in the garage provide that extra level of security. Love it here and would refer to friends and colleagues.

Great experience. Good amenities. Recently did a gym upgrade. They have a great rooftop view and a pool. The maintenance team is also very quick to resolve issues.

Kaayla was a pleasure to work with. The one bedroom only having a shower was a deal breaker. She showed me the studio with the garden tub and an amazing view! I was hesitant to apply but once I did the process began moving fast. Kaayla turned in my completed folder to her manager and let me know she would be gone but would leave notes for her coworker. Thursday evening I got my approval call and was super excited. Her coworker was rushing as she had another appointment when I arrived. My keys ...
weren’t available. But she let the concierge open my apartment so I can go in. He was sooo nice. I forgot his name but I did take a picture with him helping me. He also showed me how I can use the service elevator to bring up items which was super helpful. I JUST figured out where to put my trash I didn’t know there was a trash shoot. Overall things have been great outside of the miscommunication and feeling rushed on move in day.

I have really enjoyed living here; however, the pool is rarely maintained and the women's bathroom is frequently out of order. Location is really good. But neighborhood is not safe.
