    Sodo on Main is definitely a vibe. The staff is professional and I love the location. Ample parking, convenient to the Metro and the 24 hour amenities (i.e. concierge, coffee bar, gym, convenient store) especially for night owls is a major plus. The cameras in the garage provide that extra level of security. Love it here and would refer to friends and colleagues.

    Kaayla was a pleasure to work with. The one bedroom only having a shower was a deal breaker. She showed me the studio with the garden tub and an amazing view! I was hesitant to apply but once I did the process began moving fast. Kaayla turned in my completed folder to her manager and let me know she would be gone but would leave notes for her coworker. Thursday evening I got my approval call and was super excited. Her coworker was rushing as she had another appointment when I arrived. My keys ...
    weren’t available. But she let the concierge open my apartment so I can go in. He was sooo nice. I forgot his name but I did take a picture with him helping me. He also showed me how I can use the service elevator to bring up items which was super helpful. I JUST figured out where to put my trash I didn’t know there was a trash shoot. Overall things have been great outside of the miscommunication and feeling rushed on move in day.

    I have really enjoyed living here; however, the pool is rarely maintained and the women's bathroom is frequently out of order. Location is really good. But neighborhood is not safe.

The concierge team is consistently courteous and professional, and the views from the property are truly impressive.     Been here for over a year and I must say I wouldn’t leave this place!!! The amenities are amazing and I love that they are pet friendly to all breeds as long as they are not aggressive. Very supportive and you definitely get your rents worth here. I wouldn’t past it up. Oh and the rent is affordable. For this area very good pricing

    I recently moved into SoDo on Main North Tower and I’ve had such a great experience so far! The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. My leasing agent, Kaayla, was amazing throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions, stayed communicative throughout the process, and was just so kind.     downtown, you’d expect chaos, but it actually feels really nice and well-positioned. Onsite market, Coffee shop & bakery is also downstairs! The rooftop pool, gym, clubhouse, and onsite market and businesses are chef’s kiss. 10/10. Views everywhere and you really don’t have to leave your place if you don’t want to. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend this property!
