October 23, 2025I have been a resident for just over 2 months and I have really enjoyed it so far. This part of downtown is great. It is close to things, on the metro line, but still quiet enough where there isn’t constant noise or a lot of people. The amenities are good and they keep them pretty clean. I do like the hotel-like scents they have in each of the amenities. The apartments are very well priced and I love the floor to ceiling windows, balcony, and the real hardwood floors. I think this building is a ...great value for the money. I do suggest a higher floor for the view but also to get away from possible street noise. My only major issue is the guest parking. We have a parking garage and guest parking is the top floors. There no real way to get them access without having to walk outside and to the gate or by calling the concierge (which I haven’t done because they aren’t friendly enough for me to approach for this).Property Manager Responded

October 19, 2025My experience as a resident at SoDo on Main has truly been wonderful from the very beginning. The staff here are always attentive, professional, and friendly, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. Any time I’ve had a question or maintenance request, it has been handled quickly and efficiently. The community itself is always kept clean and well maintained, and I really appreciate how safe and welcoming it feels. The amenities are a great bonus — from the modern fitness center to the ...shared spaces that are perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The location is also super convenient, with restaurants, shops, and entertainment all nearby. That said, it’s important to clarify the timeline: you were informed that the issue would be addressed the following morning, less than 24 hours after it was reported. Despite recognizing that the shower door appeared unstable and potentially dangerous, you still chose to use it. A bit more caution in that moment could have likely prevented the incident. While we remain committed to addressing all maintenance requests as promptly as possible, individual responsibility is also an essential part of maintaining personal safety. October 13, 2025The leasing staff and maintenance team are not only unresponsive—they are dangerously incompetent. I reported a serious issue with my shower door to both the front office and front desk, clearly stating that it looked like it was about to fall off the hinges. I was told that because it was Sunday, nothing could be done. That same evening, the shower door fell on me, shattering and embedding glass into my skin. I had to go to the emergency room due to my injuries. This situation was completely ...preventable had they acted on the warning I gave them. To make matters worse, the front desk told me someone from corporate would follow up. No one ever called. The lack of accountability and compassion is appalling. I would strongly caution anyone considering moving here: this is not just about poor service—it’s about your safety. May 13, 2025I love living here! location is perfect. Safety is priority. The building is very clean and staff was very helpful getting me moved in and securing the freight elevator to ease the process. Close to grocery store, bars, and food! Views from the floor to ceiling windows sealed the deal. Price point is very reasonable!Property Manager Responded
