February 21, 2026I have been residing at SoDo on Main, South Tower and, overall, my experience has been positive. The concierge team is consistently courteous and professional, and the views from the property are truly impressive. Maintenance requests are addressed efficiently, which reflects well on the management. While the environment can occasionally be somewhat noisy, it remains generally comfortable. I would, however, appreciate greater attention to the cleanliness of the common areas, as more consistent ...upkeep would further enhance the living experience. The amenities are amazing and I love that they are pet friendly to all breeds as long as they are not aggressive. Very supportive and you definitely get your rents worth here. I wouldn’t past it up. February 14, 2026I recently moved into SoDo on Main North Tower and I’ve had such a great experience so far! The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. My leasing agent, Kaayla, was amazing throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions, stayed communicative throughout the process, and was just so kind. Concierge has been extremely helpful too. The views are UNREAL and UNMATCHED. Floor to ceiling windows all around, you really can’t beat it. The location is also a huge plus. Being in ...downtown, you’d expect chaos, but it actually feels really nice and well-positioned. Onsite market, Coffee shop & bakery is also downstairs! The rooftop pool, gym, clubhouse, and onsite market and businesses are chef’s kiss. 10/10. Views everywhere and you really don’t have to leave your place if you don’t want to. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend this property!Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2026When it comes to the elevators, rude concierge (north tower), and constant towed cars. SoDo on Main does tend to be a stressful location to live at, but with the views and maintenance being A1! It somewhat makes up for it! January 3, 2026The move is process wasn't the smoothest as other residents constantly try to use the service elevator despite one having it booked for a two-hour period. Additionally, I had property stolen as I was in the process of unloading things from the service elevator.Property Manager Responded

December 26, 2025Great place to live. Great neighborhood, apartments, and views. Love having the concierge be 24/7. Building is pretty. Could have done more activities like breakfast-on-the go like used to have.Property Manager Responded
