Safe and Responsive
April 1, 2024I stayed at this property for a year 22-23 and Kelly and her team at society hill were super accommodating and understanding. Any issues received attention quickly. Communication was great and I never felt unsafe at the property. The yard space is great if you have a pet and the park directly across the street is a huge plus!Property Manager Responded

Great apartment!!!
November 7, 2023I've lived here for over 5 years and everyime I needed help with something Kelly from the leasing office was always willing to assist me. She does everything she can to make sure tenants feel comfortable and that all maintenance is taken care of when needed. She is very kind everyime I go into the office. Rolando and Mike are very respectful and I enjoy saying hello to them when I can. They do an excellent job at fixing repairs when needed. Good place!!!Property Manager Responded

Noisy apartment!!!
October 28, 2023After living there on the second floor, been complaining about the person on the third floor walking and dropping weights in the middle of the night, nothing was done over a year and we had to move out. The sound proof is minimal and the sound is really loud!!!Property Manager Responded

No heat!!!!!!!! Management does nothing!
January 7, 2016We haven't had heat since November, when they replaced the heater, and no one is doing anything to fix it! Management gives out poor excuses while they are just cheap enough to pay qualified professionals and install good equipment. Horrible place to live!!!! Tenants aren't valued and are left to freeze in 15 degree weather.Review from Apartments.com
