Great spot to live
February 22, 2022Nice update apartments. They have nice amenities with a pool, a little gym, and some work/hang-out spaces. People are cool and the management is nice. It is also right next to downtown while avoiding the traffic.Review from Apartments.com

Do not stay here!!
July 26, 2021Please don’t stay here. I am currently here and all weekend long there were arguments including threatening with guns throughout the entire complex. The pool area echos any noise from every section of the building straight into your room meaning absolutely no true rest. It’s in a rough area of town, and, even though there’s “security”, the security has proven all weekend long that he has no control or say over how escalated the situations get rather escalates them more by shouting along with the ...tenants. I have several videos of screaming at all times of the night AND day. I haven’t felt safe leaving my apartment on several occasions in fear of becoming a target in my scrubs or even my swimsuit. Please, if you’re a female planning to stay alone, do NOT stay here.Property Manager Responded

READ THE ENTIRE 10 PAGE APPLICATION...THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY WHETHER YOU MOVE IN OR NOT.
July 7, 2021I applied and was rushed into paying an $110 administrative/holding fee and two days later a $250 deposit. I was told I had 72 hours to pay or my apartment would be made available to the public. I paid a total of $360 in 72 hour period. About a week later my situation changed and I no longer needed the apartment. No problem because I haven't signed a lease yet so we are all good. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH I NEVER SIGNED A LEASE OR MOVED IN. They rush you into paying and ...then refuse to do the right thing. If I never signed a lease the only thing they are entitled to is the application fee which I was more than happy to let them keep. BE CAREFUL THEY OUT HERE BEING SHADY.Property Manager Responded

Don't ever want to leave!!!
April 30, 2021I have been living here for about 2 months now and I really couldn't find a reason if I searched for one to complain about anything! This place is amazing almost like a place for great young people would go to retire. I feel all the comfort's of home with a South Florida vacation time feel and employees that will brighten everyday by working as hard as they can to give your life the upmost comfortable living experience.
