March 30, 2024The assistant manager has been helpful and great from the start of touring to now. When I first moved in, there were a lot of people who would blast their music in apartments or car after 10pm. There’s no thick walls or any that are sound proof. You can hear neighbors from all sides, especially the ones behind your bedroom and upstairs. My car also got broken into and nothing was done about it. The cops don’t think this apartment or area is worthy of coming out to. There’s often a lot of gun ...shots heard as well. Even near our dog park. November 17, 2023I have been living here for 3 years and I'm very comfortable and grateful for my home, 2 years ago I lost my first apartment in this complex to a fire while I was at work, the staff was very helpful and put me and my family in another unit within a week. November 16, 2023My experience so far has been less than unsatisfactory. There is just too much racket around here. Loud music playing into the night. People fighting and being rowdy. Tenants upstairs are disrespectful and rude. Flooring comes up often. Maintenance comes late. Hear gunshots and screaming. Not a place to live in comfort.Property Manager Responded
